Interstate customers - We work with several couriers Australia-wide and we may be able to improve on the 'Ship by Weight' rate the system works out on your order. To possibly better this rate, you will have an opportunity in Step 5 to select 'Get best possible freight rate' as a payment option, choose this to offer you the best and most competitive freight quote possible store-wide. Or you can simply email your order to info@petzcentral.com.au?subject=order  with your name, address, phone number and products you would like to order and we will get back to you with your special shipping rate.

PETZ Central do not charge a packing and handling fee nor do we make any profit on our delivery charges. What we get charged is what we offer our customers, so we pass on our trade discount. Majority of the time we subsidise freight to make it even more affordable to get the best for your pets. Bulk shopping will certainly get you a special shipping rate.

Insurance: All items sent out are covered 100% with our insurance against loss or damage.  

Tracking your items: At PETZ Central we only use couriers that offer a tracking system. When your items are booked with our couriers or Australia post you will have a tracking number for your order. You can also track your items sent, by logging into your account and then click on view your order status, you will see your order tracking number. You can use this number on the couriers website "track and trace".
