Delivery Info

Our online ordering system has been programmed to calculate freight charges nationwide. Freight is added to your order during the checkout process and can be determined by clicking on the "calculate shipping and handling" box on the shopping cart page.

*Same Day Dispatch conditions: All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped. 

Freight Carriers
Our carrier of choice is Australia Post. Australia Post offers excellent consignment tracking as well as professional handling of fragile goods. Our appointment of Australia Post gives us the greatest level of flexibility with regards to nationwide coverage and ensures our freight charges remain highly competitive, especially with combined shipping.

Important: You may need to allow up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch before your consignment details appear online.


Freight Conditions:
ome freight offers, services and fees do not apply/cover certain orders where the following conditions are met:

  • Some bulky/heavy items may attract a higher freight/handling fee than quoted. In these rare circumstances we may need to contact you to discuss delivery options.
  • Please keep in mind that if you are ordering bulky/heavy items you must ensure that suitable provisions are available at the delivery location to accommodate or handle the delivery when it arrives.

  • The freight cost associated with your order does not cover instances where the courier cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen circumstances at the delivery address which hinders the delivery of your order. An Authority to leave (ATL) option is also available, for your convenience. Local delivery - Australia Post Agent may leave a slip for you, to pick up from your local PO or to be contacted to arrange any other instructions.

PETZ Central do not charge a packing and handling fee nor do we make any profit on our delivery charges. What we get charged is what we offer our customers, so we pass on our trade discount. The majority of the time we subsidise freight to make it even more affordable for you to get the best for your pets. PETZ Central is all about saving you money, bulk shopping and combined shipping is a great way to get you a special shipping rate. Simply choose "Get Best Possible Freight Rate" in step 5. We can then notify you via email with the cheapest option and if you would like to complete your order we can send you a PayPal request or you are most welcome to call us and pay over the phone, whatever is most convenient for you...
